Refunds

Due to the nature of made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns, however our number one priority is that you love your new piece of jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, or are buying a gift, please contact us prior to making a purchase we are more than happy to assist. We are available M-F 10am-6pm at (786) 308-9171 or info@matildabardet.com. If you have received your jewelry and have an issue with your piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing. In the case that you receive an item that simply does not work for you, please contact us.

                                      Repairs

We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. Please send us an email at info@matildabardet.com with photos so we can assess, or call us to initiate a repair. Note that a fee may incur for repairs. Please also refer to our FAQs for care and cleaning instructions.
